Window Cleaning
Are you looking to have your windows cleaned, but have had a hard time finding someone who is as meticulous as you are? Look no further. Our window cleaning service is the best in Toronto. We take the time to do it right, and go above and beyond what most window cleaning companies will do. We treat every window as if it’s our own, and strive to restore it to its originallook. We have every tool available, modern and classic, to leave your windows as clean as possible. If you have not cleaned your windows in many years, don’t be afraid or embarassed to contact us. In fact, we welcome the challenge!
We are also the only window cleaning service in the city that specializes in LoE (low emissivity) glass. The simplest way to describe this type of glass is that it’s like sunglasses on your window. It’s a type of coating that reflects sunlight, and thus keeps your home cooler in the summer. Many homeowners are not even aware they have LoE glass, and over the years have hired inexperienced window cleaners and other contractors that have permanently scratched this glass. Even worse, the glass is often times installed incorrectly in the first place. Many homebuilders are not aware of the fragility of this glass and will take no
precautions to protect and preserve the glass during installation.
We are able to identify and properly clean LoE windows. Many window cleaning companies will mistakenly use razors or other sharp instruments on LoE glass and will permanently scratch the glass. The LoE coating reacts to metal and leaves scratches andmarks permanently. We have special instruments and solvents that will work on LoE glass, and we never wear any jewelry orwatches while working on LoE glass.
All of our window and eaves cleaning services include a complimentary inspection. If we noticed anything, like the conditionof your flat roof or shingles, or anything else, we will inform you and often times take pictures.

Eaves Cleaning
Are your eaves overflowing, full of leaves and debris and you’re finding it difficult or impossible to clean by yourself? Have you hired a company that claimed to clean your eaves, and you later found out that it was never done in the first place? You can trust us to get the job done. We have the experience and tools needed to clean almost any eavestrough no matter how difficult.
Our goal is to ensure that your gutters are able to handle any rainfall that we encounter. We will clean out your eavestrough by hand (no leafblower, no mess) and we will check and ensure the downspouts are unclogged. We also offer a 1 month guarantee after the cleaning so if you notice any overflowing downspouts during a rainfall, we will come back at no charge. We can also take pictures of your eaves after they are cleaned to prove to you that we did it.

Dryer Vent Cleaning
Are your clothes taking forever to dry? We can fix that. Getting your dryer vent cleaned will often improve the efficiency of your dryer. Most people neglect their dryer vent. I know I did. I didn’t know this before I started cleaning dryer vents, but it is the most common way for a house fire to start. It’s a good idea to have the dryer vent cleaned professionally at least once per year. Insurance companies do take the regular cleaning and maintenance of a dryer into consideration if you ever need to make a claim, and some companies offer incentives to homeowners who demonstrate regular maintenance and cleaning to reduce fire risks.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is your Lead Time?
Because of high demand from April-July and Oct-Dec, we require a 1 month+ notice before booking. Please reach out ASAP or we can’t guarantee the work will be done by the time you’d like it. Any other time, please give us at least 2 weeks notice.
Do you work in the winter?
Yes. We aren’t too busy Jan-Mar, but we can clean windows on certain days. Eaves cleaning is next to impossible, and our busiest season for dryer vents is in the winter.
What is your opinion on gutter guards?
They can be useful for gutters that don’t get filled often and are hard to reach and clean, but generally I will neverrecommend them. They often don’t work well and need to be taken off regardless, or cleaned regularly anyway. They will restrict the amount of water that your eaves can handle, and the city is experiencing more and more rainfalleach year which will increase your chance of a basement flood. They also need to be installed correctly (which is almost never the case), and high quality screens need to be selected. You should only install them at the same time as you are getting new eavestroughs as they will fit better, and ensure that they are affixed under the shingles of your roof. Otherwise, don’t even bother. Just get the eaves cleaned regularly.
Is Window Cleaning a necessary maintenance item?
No. If you don’t care about your windows, you don’t have to clean them.
Keep in mind that if you don’t clean them regularly, they will eventually permanently stain. If you do care about your windows, regular cleaning will ensure that they will be in good shape for years to come. Get them cleaned at least once every year, ideally twice a year.
Is eaves cleaning a necessary maintenance item?
Yes. Your eaves need to be cleaned at least once a year. If you don’t clean them, they will start to overflow and damage your home’s foundation and flood the basement.
Do I need to clean my dryer vent?
Yes. This is something you don’t wanna mess with. If you don’t clean the dryer vent at least once a year, your home could catch fire. Most house fires start at the dryer. Regular cleaning will eliminate that risk.
